About the role:
In this exciting and permanent Laboratory Technician role with CSBP Fertilisers, you'll be a vital part of our CSBP Soil and Plant Analysis Laboratory, fulfilling critical business needs.
As a valued member of our supportive and experienced team, your primary responsibility will involve meticulously analysing samples sourced from farms, agribusinesses, and research partners across Australia. We rely on your expertise with modern laboratory equipment to provide accurate insights that have a direct impact on the success of our agricultural customers and the laboratory's commercial objectives.
To excel in this position, you'll consistently perform routine tasks with precision, following strict methodologies for analysis and sample preparation. Your commitment to maintaining a safe work environment will be second to none, and you'll take great pride in delivering work of the highest quality and consistency. As a key contributor to our accountable and high-performing team, you'll play a crucial role in advancing our mission.
Skills and experience you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Applied Science or Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques.
- Prioritising and understanding of safety at all times.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately analyse data.
- Experience with Wet Chemistry techniques is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working in a high throughput laboratory will be highly regarded.
