Lab TechnicianAbout the Role Our Client is one of the world's leading materials science companies, serving customers in high-growth markets such as packaging, infrastructure, mobility and consumer applications. Operating manufacturing sites in 31 countries their ambition is to be the most innovative, customer-centric, inclusive and sustainable materials science company in the world.Our Client is looking for a casual Lab Technician on a 1 day per fortnight basis with leave cover as required. The main duties of the Lab Technician are to complete quality control testing on water-based emulsions according to test methods, calibrate instrumentation, make simple solutions, ensure lab supplies are well stocked, general lab and sample management duties, and escalate any issues in a timely manner. Some flexibility regarding the finish time is required at times due to the nature of a production environment.What's in it for you?
