The Supply Chain function is undergoing a transformation phase to enable further growth of our amazing brand. This role reports to the Head of Transport, 3PL & International Supply Chain and is responsible for the contractual engagement & performance of all AUS & NZ labour hire partners.
What You'll Be Doing
As the Labour Hire Operations Manager you will:
- Review Kmart's Labour Hire Contracts to create strategic alignment
- Ensure Kmart's supplier partners performance meets contractual standards
- Manage labour hire relationships to ensure satisfactory service delivery
- Attend regular meetings with our partners to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship and address performance problems and provide/assist with developing solutions
- Analyse partner performance through reporting on specific criteria and address concerns promptly
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for contract renewals, tender processes and contract termination
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience within the labour hire field, or HR background
- Experience in liaising effectively with clients, suppliers, agents, team members and all stakeholders
- Experience in the process, understanding and practical application of EBA's
- Demonstrated experience interpreting, advising upon and applying regulatory advice
- Relevant experience within a labour hire setting with influence over contracts, compliance, and negotiation
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills to establish solutions by connecting relevant people and skills to important problems
- The ability to deliver communication in a timely and effective manner to enable informed decision making
- Kaizen, Lean and/or Six Sigma Qualification (desirable, but no essential)
