Warehouse Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse admin person with the key responsibility of stock control to join a leading Australian manufacturer and distributor of electrical cable tray / duct and related fixings warehouse based in Broadmeadows.

- onsite based - Mon -Fri -8:30 am-4:30 pm start time negotiable.
Key tasks:
- Admin support to warehouse supervisor, including covering for supervisor during days off.
- Purchasing includes raising PO and receipt of local purchases.
- Sales order allocation for picking.
- Customer service - stock availability/delivery dates/resolving customer queries.
- Liaising with truck drivers and arranging deliveries and manifests.
- Liaising with sales and warehouse
- Organizing cyclic stock count lists/investigating/processing changes
- Admin support in organizing annual stock takes.
About you
- At least 2+years previous hands-on experience in warehouse administration or similar role.
- Quick learner prepared to work autonomously.
- Good numerical and accuracy skills including ability to meet deadlines & pay attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to get on with people.
- Good computer skills - data entry (typing speed), MS office, email, excel.
- Be well organized.
- Car licence and reliable transport
