Reporting to the Access Management Group Team Lead, the primary purpose of the Land Access Advisor is to provide Land Access documentation for internal and external customers, based on client and legislative requirements. This role can be located in Cremorne or our North Sydney offices.What you'll be doing:
- Prepare Land Access & Activity notices in accordance with client specifications and regulations
- Undertake due diligence activities utilising relevant websites and platforms to capture possible build constraints.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of notifications complies with contracted requirements and meets customers' expectations.
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to promote access.
- Capture and track all related activities to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Work within a large supportive and experienced team.
- Possess a sound knowledge of the Land Access function within a Telecommunications environment.
- Understanding of the obligations under Schedule 3 of the Telecommunications Act.
- Experienced in working in a similar role dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite. Particularly: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Previous experience working in the NNACs platform, preferable.
