Job Description:ABOUT THE ROLEWe seek an enthusiastic, driven individual for a six-month fixed contract with the possibility of permanently joining our Technology & Communication Services Team based in our Derrimut (VIC) or North Ryde (NSW) office. As a
Land Access Representative, you will support the Stakeholder Manager and the Regional team across various projects around Australia, overseeing the notifications and approval processes related to State, Local and National Heritage. Monitoring and maintaining delivery targets will be a crucial part of your role, and you will be required to adhere to all relevant regulations and process compliance standards.Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Interpretation of consultation reports
- Preparing approval and assessment documents
- Reviewing, collecting, and managing relevant environmental data
- Conduct and document meetings with government & other external stakeholders
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders (operations, project teams and support departments) in defining engagement strategies
ABOUT YOU- Proven experience in a similar role, working with various stakeholders or with a strong community focus.
- Knowledge of heritage, environment and cultural approvals, legislation and processes preferred.
- Understanding of the Telecommunication Act is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency with computers and software applications, including Word and Excel, is essential.
