Your Next Opportunity:

This is a Role created through expansion. We are looking for a Land Acquisitions Manager to join our established team while maintaining a balance with personal or family life. Something we think is very important.

This is a full time Monday to Friday role 

The role is identifying available Land Lots in SEQ that are suitable to be packaged for House and Land packages

Working under the direction of Senior Management, you will demonstrate a complete working Knowledge of Land Acquisitions including, but not limited to: Put and Call Options, Disclosure Plans, Plan of Developments, Building Guideline interpretations, Area research and good land developer relationships. But above all take pride in your work and a team player

You will be an active participant within the team, you will be heard and Supported at every level. Devcon has an inclusive culture and resources that run up and down the entire property industry

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Identifying areas and Land estates that could suit our Business Model
• Creating and maintaining a database of available land in SEQ, both in production and in approval stages
• Negotiating terms with Land developers
• Researching areas to build a story around why it is an area for sound investment
• Maintaining a consistent pipeline of available land to enable our sales team to excel
• Regular structured meetings with the team to identify current and future trends

It is essential that you have a current Driving License, great attitude, inclusive nature, ability to think on your feet and have enthusiasm for the job

This position will also include a Company vehicle, fuel card, phone and laptop.
