Land Sales Consultant

The Role:
In this role you will be take control of this nationally recognised masterplanned community that is consistently producing strong sales results year on year. You will be responsible for:

• Facilitating sales contracts with prospective purchasers.
• Meeting and exceeding project sales targets.
• Managing and maintaining the onsite sales office.
• Sourcing, developing and maintaining relationships with alternative sales channels.
• Providing input to the marketing team for all advertising material.
• Preparing regular reports, budgets and forecasts for submission to management as required in respect to all sales programs.
• Sourcing, developing and maintaining long term relationships with  project home builders and real estate agencies.
• Regular analysis of competitor projects and preparation preparing of research reports.

This position is for an established and experienced development Sales Consultant, looking for an outstanding project to take control of in 2024. An opportunity to work on an inner Brisbane development like this do not come around often!
