The Role:
In this role you will be take control of this nationally recognised masterplanned community that is consistently producing strong sales results year on year. You will be responsible for:
- Facilitating sales contracts with prospective purchasers.
- Meeting and exceeding project sales targets.
- Managing and maintaining the onsite sales office.
- Sourcing, developing and maintaining relationships with alternative sales channels.
- Providing input to the marketing team for all advertising material.
- Preparing regular reports, budgets and forecasts for submission to management as required in respect to all sales programs.
- Sourcing, developing and maintaining long term relationships with project home builders and real estate agencies.
- Regular analysis of competitor projects and preparation preparing of research reports.
