This is a 12 month contract role for an experienced Solution Architect (landscape architecture, urban design or large infrastructure design experience required) to join an established multidisciplinary team of urban designers, landscape architects, planners and economists.

For prospective candidates, we are looking for an individual that wants to work with our National BIM Manager to manage standards, improve efficiencies, enable quality outputs, and encourage innovative thinking in the systems and programs we use.
Whilst we are looking for a team member who will work closely with our National BIM Manager in coordinating systems improvement and advancement across our IT platforms, we are also looking for an individual with a technical background in design that can also participate within projects to deliver work across both landscape architecture and urban design. As such you will have the skills across:
- Working with our National BIM Manager to enhance existing systems and templates (software platforms such as AutoCAD, Revit, , Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator, GIS)
- Coordinate and conduct training for system improvements
- Preparation of design drawings, and construction documentation (preferred, not essential)
- Work with our internal IT Coordinator on hardware and software implementations across our Australian offices.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE / ATTRIBUTES:
- Tertiary qualification in landscape architecture, urban design or similar
- Min. 5 year’s industry experience working across IT and design
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D Modelling software
- Experience with Dynamo and Iron Python scripting (preferred, not essential)
- Experience with management of Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360 setup and operation
- Project management experience, especially in a coordinated Common Data Environment
- Experience in agile and structured environments
- Outstanding ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and help develop appropriate technical solutions
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Australian resident (preferred, not essential)
