In this role, you will be working alongside the team to practical completion of both residential and commercial projects.

WHO WE ARE

Design it Landscapes is an established Landscape Construction & building, and maintenance company based on the lower North Shore. Our projects involve high-end landscape and swimming pool construction, as well as interior work, all over Sydney and beyond, primarily the North Shore, Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs. 

We have an in-house design team, so our building projects are exciting and varied, incorporating innovative materials and cutting-edge finishes. You will be hands on constructing pergolas, cabanas, decking, paving, pools and spas, and gardens large and small.

We have a close-knit team of experienced professionals, that will help to further develop key field skills and knowledge within the relevant industries. Our teamwork and collaboration ensure we produce top-quality work every time. We provide ongoing support and mentoring to make this a rewarding and enjoyable job for you.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• work involves all aspects of hard and soft landscaping,
• performing groundskeeping and building maintenance duties both for residential and commercial properties such as mowing, lawn fertilization, pest control, garden cleanup, mulching, leaf removal, edging and trimming,
• managing project timelines, resources, and materials efficiently.
• handling, operating and servicing all tools and equipment with care and reporting any issues immediately,
• ensuring a safe environment for staff and clients by adhering to safety and health regulations,
• providing end-of-day / job reports,
• maintaining a clean and safe job site at all times.
• attend different sites across Sydney.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE | REQUIREMENTS 

• previous working experience in the industry,
• excellent organisational and time management skills,
• maintain a polite and professional manner at all times with clients, suppliers and the team,
• positive attitude,
• high attention to detail,
• strong safety awareness,
• ability to work alone and in a team,
• verbal and written communication to liaise with clients in a professional manner,
• driver's license and own transport are essential.
