Surround Landscape Design are looking for a full-time Landscape Designer.
We're a boutique landscape design company and Cronulla Pools sister business and we are on the hunt for an exceptional person to join our tight-knit team.
To be successful in this role you’ll have a real love for working with people, and a keen interest in delivering outstanding results. You’ll be organised and a stickler for detail, all over the programs you need to get the designs drafted, capable of solving problems in innovative ways, and an absolute legend when it comes to conducting site visits and engaging with clients and contractors.
Put simply, you’ll have the flexibility, insight, and intelligence to design a backyard, pool or any outdoor space that meets the needs of their clients while achieving compliance and maximising functionality in the space. You’ll be on top of current trends, and you’ll know your plants and materials. We want to hear from you if you’re just as excited about creating beautiful outdoor spaces as we are.
To be successful in this role you’ll have experience:
- Working in Vectorworks
- Creating stunning architectural designs and drawings
- Connecting with clients to get the best results
- Nailing design briefs
- Good plant knowledge and an thorough understanding of levels
- Working to tight deadlines and within spatial constrictions
- Working in a landscape design office for a minimum of 1 year
