Landscape Labourers And Apprentices

Shape and Form is a landscape design and construction company based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. 

We specialise in high end residential projects and take the utmost pride in all our work. We have a large work load of projects to get through this year and need help delivering dream gardens to our clients.

We are searching for Landscape Labourersand Landscape Apprentices to work with our established team. 

The job is Monday to Friday, 7am to 3.30pm.

You also must hold a drivers licence and be able to transport yourself to and from the job site.

• Team of 10 landscapers who are all great, friendly people
• Construct full landscapes, mainly in the Eastern suburbs and Bayside areas of Melbourne
• Our projects usually entail, paving, turfing, planting, building retaining walls, pergolas and decks
• Work from a plan and make it into reality
• Work on mostly residential jobs.

• Experience working in Landscaping and/or experience working as a Labourer, or a hard worker with a passion for landscaping. 
• Great communicator and well presented
• Be outgoing with a can-do attitude
• Meticulous, with exceptional attention to detail
• Polite, punctual, and professional and an all round great person
• Hardworking and able to carry out labouring duties
• Enthusiastic.
