THE ROLE

Be the face of a leading brand, showcasing products and services that clients love! Based in our Flinders Park office, we are seeking a landscape focussed Sales/Design Consultant to keep up with our growing demand for paving and retaining wall solutions. All our leads are in-bound and qualified before being allocated to our consultants, so there is no cold calling required. This is an autonomous in-home selling role that will require varied working hours to suit customer availability. 

WHAT YOU WILL OFFER

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in landscaping or outdoor products.
• Great customer service and an ability to build strong relationships.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Extremely organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to consistently convert leads into sales.
• Previous experience with in-home selling and a proven track record.
• Valid Drivers License & own reliable vehicle.
• Previous experience in the landscaping industry will be highly regarded.
• Ability to consistently achieve sales budgets and KPI's.
• Strong computer literacy skills.
• A strong work ethic.
• Ability to proactively and effectively deal with customer requests.
• Be happy to work evenings and Saturdays mornings where required.

This position comes with an uncapped commission & bonus structure with an earning potential in excess of $150,000. We are seeking a long-term person that is willing to grow with the company. Training will be provided on in-house systems and products.
