About the role:
As well as other regular and ad hoc tasks you would be required to:
- Maintain and the continuous improvement of a Quality Assurance program for all the products which are delivered into the marketplace
- Conducting Quality Assurance audits on all manufacturing suppliers (external and internal), to ensure compliance with the developed Quality Assurance program.
- maintain accurate and organised records of inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials.
- Investigate and analyse the root causes of quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to address underlying problems
About you:
- Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding communication capabilities, and the ability to influence others at all organisational levels
- Ability to work effectively with other groups in the organisation to achieve a common goal
- Well-rounded knowledge of a working laboratory
- Tertiary qualification in Science or Engineering is preferred
