Landscape Supervisor

Based in Adelaide, we have an exciting opportunity for a Landscape Supervisor to join our team as a Full time Employee. 

What we are looking for -

The successful candidate will oversee Landscape projects and supervise the landscape team. The Landscaper Team Leaders' responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new landscape employees. You should also be able to perform first aid in emergencies.

Attributes/Experience needed -

• Inspecting landscape sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervising, instructing and assisting the landscape team including apprentices.
• Educating site workers on Site safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
• Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
• Evaluating the performance of Landscape employees and informing management as required. 
• Analysing blueprints to ensure that Landscape projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Recommending changes to operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• Residential and/or commercial experience laying turf, concreting & paving.
• Multi-skilled in areas of Landscape Construction
• Experienced Machine Operators Highly Regarded. Eg Bob Cat & Excavator
• Hard-working and can-do attitude
• A person who appreciates work, life balance (Monday to Friday with a rare Saturday)
• A current Australian Driver’s License/suitable transport.

Hours of Work and Remuneration:

This position will be Monday – Friday with options for weekend work.

Job Type: Full time - BONUS STARTING PACKAGE! $2500!! Conditions Apply.

Landscape Team Leader: $45-$50 (negotiable) Plus Vehicle!

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• White Card (Construction)
• Working with Children Check
