This well-respected company have been continuously growing over a 20-year period, and with a new Construction Manager at the helm, they have a very bright and positive future ahead.

Their projects are predominantly high-end landscapes, entertainment areas and acreage properties.

With nearly 15-20 long-serving employees, they are looking to bolster their close-knit team with a qualified Landscape Tradesperson.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This rare opportunity is to join the business in a qualified Tradesman role where you can develop yourself even further and enhance your management capabilities overtime.

It will be a hands-on role where you can put your stamp on some iconic landscapes and also progress your career forward into Leading Hand and Foreman positions.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a good rate, an excellent working environment, continual learning and development, and a strong culture.

THE ROLE

• Read and interpret plans
• Lead a small team
• Hands-on landscape construction
• Concreting, paving, fencing, decking, turfing, planting etc
• Work in with subcontractors
• Train and develop Apprentices
• Work in with the Site Supervisor

• 1-5 years as a qualified Landscape Tradesman
• Certificate III in Landscape Construction/Horticulture
• Drivers license
• A positive and up-beat attitude
• Candidates with experience in the civil, commercial or residential landscaping sectors considered
