The Opportunity
This role entails joining the company in a capacity as a Qualified Tradesman, offering avenues for further personal development and gradual enhancement of your skills.
The position is hands-on, affording you the chance to leave your mark on prestigious landscapes while advancing your career trajectory towards roles such as Foreman and Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Interpretation of landscape designs
- Site set out
- Supervision of a small team
- Active involvement in landscape construction tasks
- Proficiency in concreting, paving, fencing, decking, turfing, planting
- Ordering materials
- Collaboration with subcontractors
- Mentoring Apprentices
- Coordination with the Project Manager
- 2-3 years of experience as a qualified Landscape Tradesman
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction/Horticulture
- Valid driver's license
- Positive and enthusiastic demeanor
- Experience in civil, commercial, or residential landscaping sectors is advantageous
