The Opportunity
A chance awaits to step slowly into a supervisory role and showcase your skills within a high-performing landscape construction team.
Collaborate closely with proven Supervisors and Project Managers, overseeing your crew to meet deadlines and deliver projects to expected standards.
Your responsibilities will encompass a comprehensive array of landscaping tasks, including concreting, structural work, retaining walls, paving, turfing, and planting etc.
The Role
- Read and interpret plans
- Manage a team of 1-4 staff
- Delegate duties
- Organise deliveries
- Hands-on landscaping
- Liaise with clients
- Report into Supervisor
- Assist with meeting construction deadlines
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction / Horticulture
- Machine Operating experience or tickets is a bonus
- Residential, commercial and/or civil landscaping experience considered
