One of Australia's iconic brands is growing again. The Dulux Acratex business is looking for an individual who is equally comfortable being part of a small team and working independently. If you are eager to be a part of a growing business and to take on new opportunities, we are looking to train up a new permanent dayshift Leading Hand to work at our Epping cement render plant.
Responsibilities
- Accountability for shift supervision and leading of production targets for Manufacturing, Filling and Pre-Weigh areas.
- Supporting safety-oriented process to follow DuluxGroup’s Fatality Prevention and Injury Prevention Protocols.
- Ensure products are made to ISO9001 standards and all required testing is completed.
- Complete day-to-day decision making and problem-solving
- Support under the production supervisor ongoing continuous improvement activities
