AddressSlab and Garden City is now looking for an all-rounder Yard person. Bayswater, Carlisle and Osborne Park.
This position is mainly at our Osborne Park Yard.
The role is causal with full time hours. A opportunity to lead to full-time.
The primary roles for the Yard Person is to service customers in our garden centre in a professional and polite manner, with promoting the company's products through sales, demonstration & displays.
Candidates must be reliable and punctual and committed to providing high levels of customer service. This position requires some physical labour so candidates must be keen and energetic.
To be a successful candidate, it is essential that you…
* Have retail experience
* Day to day managing of cash sales with excellent communication skills with clientele.
* Have a forklift licence (An Advantage )
* Loader Experience (An Advantage but will train)
* Balancing of the till.
* Embracing the Slab and Garden City values, policies and procedures
Roster includes 1 day on the weekend.
