We are currently looking to hire a motivated and experienced Warehouse / Yards Person – Steel to assist our busy workshop team. The company has grown significantly and are looking to employ quality candidates who want long term opportunities with the option to grow their careers across various roles and sites.
This position is/includes:
- Full-time permanent role.
- Monday to Friday local position.
- Penalties paid for overtime worked.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Picking of orders.
- Preparing and packing orders for dispatch (wrapping & strapping).
- Assisting with stock control.
- Assisting with control of stock movement.
- Loading and unloading of trucks and utes.
- Fixing any broken pallets
- Assisting our Plasma team with various duties as and when required.
About you:
- Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in working in a busy workshop environment.
- Current Forklift Licence (High Risk Licence).
- Demonstrated reliability, organisation skills, and high level of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol test.
- Provide a valid National Police clearance (not issued longer than 6 months ago).
- A current Western Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Have a great attitude and work well in a team environment.
- Previous experience in dispatch, logistics and material handling (desirable).
- Previous experience with overhead cranes (desirable).
