Steven Clegg Design is an award winning residential garden design, landscaping and garden maintenance business servicing Brisbane and its surrounding suburbs.

As small and dedicated team or Horticulturalists, Designers and Landscape Assistants, Steven Clegg Design offers an exciting, supportive and rewarding work environment. 

As a member of the Steven Clegg Design landscaping and maintenance team you will be outdoors, working together to create and care for some of Brisbanes finest gardens.

A knowledgeable and motivated Landscape Assistant/Horticulturalist is required for a full time position to assist our busy business. The successful candidate will show drive, responsibility, pride in their work, and be enthusiastic to further develop their knowledge and skills. An attention to detail, passion for plants and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a small team is essential. 

Prior industry experience in horticulture, garden maintenance, soft landscaping an advantage.

The day-to-day duties include:

 Performing soft landscaping installation.

 High quality garden maintenance.

 Horticultural services.

 Maintenance and organisation of tools & equipment.

Required Skills

 Horticultural Certificate.

 Industry experience in soft landscape and garden maintenance preferred.

 Sound knowledge of common SE Qld landscaping plants and their care.

 Current manual drivers license and supply own transport to and from the work place.

 Sound OHS knowledge.
