Landscaping / Civil Supervisor

Fennec Services Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Landscaping Supervisor / Civil Supervisor. • Around $45 per hour (pay will be commensurate with experience)
• Vehicle and Fuel included

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate landscaping personnel to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
• Procure necessary materials for landscaping projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Engage in hands-on work approximately 50% of the time, leading by example and demonstrating best practices.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

• Punctual, energetic, and organized with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team towards common goals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Flexibility to travel within the Sunshine Coast region, with occasional work in Brisbane and Ballina.
• Possession of own tools is advantageous.
