* Passionate, motivating Manager who leads by inspiring teams to deliver
* Proven success in mentoring teams
* Strong communication skills with an ability to style shift to suit your audience
* Love working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
* Big Box / High Volume retail experience required
* Understand how you can influence customer loyalty

* Ensure store standards are consistently met
