- Trade certificate or qualification in building or related field/s preferred
- Previous experience in loss assessing, construction or other relevant field
- Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail
- Proven ability to identify risks
- Effectively manages internal and external stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
