Laser Machine Operator

One of Melbourne's leading contract Laser Cutting businesses that service a wide range of customers is looking for a Full Time Laser Machine Operator for afternoon shift. Initial training will be 2 months on day shift 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Operate various CO2 & Fibre laser cutting machines with minimal supervision.
• Assist fellow team members where required
• Ensure machine is running efficiently
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machine to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Troubleshoot issues that may arise
• Fill in production sheets
• Follow safety guidelines and wear correct protective equipment
• Good communication skills
• Self motivated with an eye for detail
