We are on the lookout for our next Laser Machine Operator who will grow with us as part of our Night Shift team.

About the Role
Business is booming and we are looking to expand both the team and the hours of operation with shifts. There will be a period of daytime training and assessing, before commencement of night time operations.
You will be a dedicated, independent, machine operator that is keen to take on all forms of machine operator tasks (listed below)
About You
With a willing attitude and friendly demeanour, you will be required to:
- Operate Tube Laser / Flat Bed Laser
- Rolling and bending
- Operate LVD 170tonne Brake Press
- Read and interpret production drawings and BOM’s
- Ability to create programs at the machine (experience with Solidworks & Cadman desirable)
- Ability to perform QA checks, measure in-process and completed parts
- Aid with packing completed jobs for customers
- Previous laser cutting and other machine experience required
- Attention to detail in a fast pace working environment
- Operate machine to maximum efficiency
- Commitment to meet our quality and safety standards
- Drive a forklift safely
- Crane experience is highly regarded
- Maintain a clean and hazard free workspace
