Role Details
We are currently looking for experienced Laser/Plasma Operator to join our clients team.
Our client is a leader in Plate cutting in WA and offers excellent service & quality.
The successful candidate will have current experience with Bystronic Fiber Laser & CNC Plasma machines or similar, current Bystronic fiber machines and Kinetic K5000 experience will be highly regarded.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm with regular overtime available plus weekend work optional.
Positions are currently vacant for rotating day/ afternoon/night shift. You will need to be available for consistent overtime, overtime penalty rates apply including shift allowances of 15% afternoon and 30% night shift. Hourly rate of between $35-40 per hour plus penalties.
Role Requirements and Qualifications
- Current experience with Bystronic Fiber Laser & CNC Plasma machines or similar, current Bystronic fiber machines and Kinetic K5000 experience will be highly regarded.
- Gantry Crane Ticket
- Forklift Ticket
- Drivers Licence
- Construction Card
- Oxy Hand Torch experience
- Candidates must be physically fit, hardworking, honest, reliable and able to work on your own or supervised
- Must be motivated and able to follow directions
- Riggers/Doggers ticket would be advantageous but not essential
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol test
