What you will do
- Represent clients, including preparing matters, instructing counsel and personally appearing as an advocate in family law and related matters
- Provide duty lawyer services and legal information
- Ensure all work complies with quality and case management standards
About you: The successful candidate will have
- Experience in the conduct of family law, domestic and family violence, child protection and related matters
- Knowledge of the practice and procedure of family and related laws
- Commitment to self-development and maintaining up-to-date knowledge
