AddressJoin a well-established Commercial boutique law firm located south of the river. You will have the opportunity to be apart of a high performing litigation team and be well supported by three hands-on partners in this culturally tight-knit firm.
Overview:
- As a long-standing, commercial boutique this firm is well-known and regarded in its area. They have been a ‘go-to’ firm for a range of predominantly SME clients for around two decades.
- This role is instrumental to their growth plan to assist the litigation team with a unique dispute. You will work directly with two partners and their litigation team. Your primary focus will be an atypical, complex dispute – a rare example within WA.
- In addition, you can expect to cover commercial disputes, there will also be some civil matters which will be worked on directly with the partners and help of support staff.
- Expect to quickly become an integral part of the fee earner cohort as part of a tightknit team.
- Culturally, this will appeal if you are looking for an environment where fee earners are trusted to do their work in a mature and respectful setting.
- A strong emphasis is placed on work life balance and is supported, with WFH options available.

- This firm is located south of the river, a 5-minute walk from a Transperth train station.
Requires;
- 2-6 years PAE, with a focus on litigation. Commercial experience is a plus.
