This unique opportunity is open to experienced solicitors in both Victoria and New South Wales. The focus of the work will be on the defense of Tasmanian matters, involving various claims across workers' compensation, motor accidents, and general liability claims. Regardless of the office placement, the majority of the work will be from the firm's Tasmanian office. This is a perfect opportunity for you if you want to expand your repertoire interstate and develop yourself professionally, acting on behalf of some of the biggest insurers, brokers, self-insureds and re-insurers in the country.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years Post Admission Experience (PAE) in either a plaintiff or defendant insurance practice.
- Exposure to Tasmanian matters is highly regarded but not essential.
