Commercial & Legal currently has a vacancy for a senior Wills & Estates Lawyer to join its growing practice.
We are seeking a dynamic lawyer for our close-knit team. The role encompasses all areas of estate planning strategies.
It is expected the candidate will have the day-to-day management of their legal files, including maintaining client relationships and exceeding expectations under supervision.
This role is best suited to someone who is keen to work in a dynamic and growing office environment, is confident in their abilities to work, both within the team and autonomously and would like to build on existing client relationships as well as develop and build their own reputation in the market.
It is suggested that the candidate have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, with demonstrated experience in estate planning work.
Experience in understanding the following would be highly regarded but is not essential:
- Drafting estate planning documents
- Probates
- Disputed estates
- Liaising with referral sources
This is a full-time position with an attractive commencing salary on offer commensurate with your experience and proven skills.
