You will have access to matters across a range of areas including Estate Planning and Administration, Superannuation & Trust Law, as well as a range of Estate-related litigation.

Strong stakeholder management is key, as is a proven ability to provide a smooth and diligent process throughout the range of matters within this practice.

- 1-4+ years PQE in Wills and Estates (litigation experience is favourable)
- Admitted to practice as a solicitor in the ACT
- Sound technical knowledge or able to build one
- Ability to work autonomously
