L&D Practitioner

Temporary relief project based opportunity within the Victorian Public Service (VPS).

Your new company 

Based in Melbourne’s CBD, this government organisation is seeking an L&D Practitioner to provide temporary relief support creating new and reviewing current training material, creating modules and ensuring a user-friendly experience until 28th of June 2024.

What you'll need to succeed 

• Qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar discipline

• Demonstrated Learning & Development experience, including need-gap analysis

• Proven ability to review current and create new material related to organisational compliance, for example anti-bullying & harassment, ergonomic desk setup modules etc

• Proficient skillset with Articulate 360 is an advantage, and is preferred

• Previous experience within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) is highly regarded, and is preferred
