Lead And Specialist

As a Lead Reporting and Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing a suite of reporting and analytical insights using Microsoft Power BI. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to consolidate data from multiple sources and provide valuable insights to support decision-making processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop strong working relationships with key partners to consolidate data from multiple sources. Capture and interrogate data and insights collaboratively across the business. Produce monthly performance reports in Microsoft Power BI with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness. Implement and develop technology to effectively manage data and insights. Serve as the primary contact for ad-hoc data and performance requests from internal and external stakeholders. Provide asset performance data in accordance with established timeframes. Ensure integrity and accuracy of performance and compliance reporting. Coordinate the development of a performance data management framework and operational systems. Drive standardization and improved efficiencies associated with performance monitoring and process analysis. Support Operations engagement with key stakeholders to create business value from improved data management. Ensure effective systems are in place for timely reporting of compliance performance information. Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, or similar discipline. Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders. Advanced data analytics capability and familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques. Experience in handling large volumes of data and providing analysis for effective business decisions. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities. High degree of computer literacy. APPLY NOW!
