Position Overview:As the Lead Service Technician at Zelo Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and functionality of our clients' systems. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, you will bring advanced diagnostic and programming skills across a range of lighting control, security, and home automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues with lighting control, security, and home automation systems.
- Program and configure systems including Cbus, Dynalite lighting control, Control4, RTI, Paradox, Inception, and Unifi.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians as needed.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure all service requests are handled promptly and to the highest standard of quality.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the home automation, security, or audiovisual industry.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex systems.
- Expertise in programming lighting control, security, and home automation systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Electrician preferred, but not essential.
