Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Business Lead the Lead Business Analyst is initially responsible for supporting the project and operational teams to develop, document and evaluate business and technical requirements for a significant global market tender. Applying experience and expertise to support subsequent implementation of the selected vendor solution, the position has the following key focus areas:

• Business Analysis
• Impact Analysis
• Problem Solving
• Facilitation
• Stakeholder Management
• Quality Management

Selection Criteria

1. Considerable Business Analyst experience within a mid-tier organisation or complex and changing environment
2. Demonstrated experience applying strategic business analysis techniques and proven methodologies to effectively influence how business problems are approached and solved, optimise value and ensure strategic alignment
3. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Documentation and Business Process Improvement
4. Demonstrated experience interpreting and visually communicating complex work across multiple processes and inter-related systems
5. Demonstrated experience evaluating project/program performance, embedding continual improvement practices and initiating changes to develop a culture of high performance
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the demonstrated ability to build relationships and liaise effectively across all levels with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
7. Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to formulate possible solutions and recommendations to address complex business problems and issues
