Your Opportunity
As a Lead Civil Designer, your responsibility will be to oversee all design documentation and mentor the team to ensure cost effective designs are produced in a timely manner and are compliant with project requirements and standard codes of practice.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Good communication, drive and leadership skills
* Planning and organisation skills
* Work proactively, purposefully and efficiently
* Ability to manage a team
* Knowledge and practical application of engineering theories, principles and practices
* Commitment to quality, safety and understanding of OH&S best practice and obligations
* Eye for detail and a systematic approach to producing deliverables
* Expertise in technical discipline
What You ‘Can Do’
* Tertiary qualifications in design drafting or relevant based experience.
* 10 plus years' experience in a related field
* Recognised level of expertise in technical discipline
* Experience in 3D CAD Civil Design of heavy industrial or resource projects
* Previous experience in 3D modelling and drafting with the relevant CAD package
