- 5 years' experience within the WA Land Development industry, and/or subdivisions, Government projects/water corporation projects.
- Project and technical experience in the areas of earthworks, drainage, roads, non-process/mining infrastructure etc.
- Ability to provide strong direction & mentorship and coordinate with the project team, subcontractors and client representatives
- Possess a positive and proactive approach to WHS and instil the values of these companies from a health and safety perspective
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and focused team environment
