Responsibilities:
- Drive the successful implementation of new Control Systems products and projects.
- Guide and mentor a team of engineers in programming, simulation, and testing across multiple software and PLC platforms.
- Selecting and working with bespoke hardware and software to build customised automation solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency enhancement.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Control Systems, or mechatronic engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in working with mobile or fixed plant machinery or related equipment.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and tools for processing and interpreting data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- The right to work in Australia.
