Lead Dietician.This role will be full time, 30-40 hours per week - Monday-Friday.You will bring your passion to the role where you will work closely with the Allied Health Managers to ensure a safe, effective and efficient Dietetics service.You will hold a clinical caseload in conjunction with service development activities, supervising junior staff, orientating new staff and providing education sessions.You will join a high performing team and a workplace, with relationships built on mutual trust and respect. Lead Dietician, you are a master in rapport building, communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and leadership.Your skills will include:
- Minimal of 5 years hospital/private practice experience
- Clinical management and leadership
- Assistance in workforce planning and service development
- Staff supervision, coaching and mentoring
- High standard off professionalism and communication
