We are a community based organisation that provides a range of allied health services across Sydney and Melbourne with a focus on older adults. We are passionate about providing high quality health services to our clients and improving their quality of life and well being. 

We are currently seeking Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Dieticians and Massage Therapists in Sydney to join our team on a contract or casual basis. We offer excellent rates and flexible working arrangements to suit all applicants. 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

You will be working in the community to provide occupational therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry, speech pathology, dietetics or massage therapy home visit services.

Occupational Therapists - 

• Treating clients with a variety of conditions within their own home
• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments
• Equipment and/or assistive technology prescription and trial
• Home modifications assessments
• Writing accurate and detailed reports to support your clinical assessments and recommendations.

Physiotherapists - 

• Treating clients with a variety of conditions within their own home. Clients vary from paediatrics, disabilities, home care, aged care and private.
• Coordinating bookings of new and existing clients 
• Maintaining client related documentation 
• Managing client and family feedback and taking corrective action to ensure services remain positive and responsive to client needs.

Speech Pathologists - 

• Assessing and treating clients in their own home
• Paediatric and adult caseloads available
• Paediatric: 3-18 years old, regular therapy for language/ speech/ literacy/ social communication skills
• Adult: swallowing/ communication assessments and ongoing interventions
• Flexible hours - weekday/weekend work available
• Maintaining accurate client related documentation 
• Managing client and family feedback and taking corrective action to ensure services remain positive and responsive to client needs.

Dieticians

• Assessing a range of paediatric to adult clients in their own home 
• Providing nutritional advice, customised meal plans and/or prescribe supplementation to help reach the client's goals. 
• Conduct regular reviews of clients 
• Maintaining accurate client related documentation 
• Managing client and family feedback and taking corrective action to ensure services remain positive and responsive to client needs.

Massage Therapists

• Treating clients with therapeutic massage in their own homes using a variety of techniques as required: remedial/ deep tissue, relaxation, Swedish, stretching, trigger points, myofascial release
• Maintaining accurate client related documentation 
• Managing client and family feedback and taking corrective action to ensure services remain positive and responsive to client needs.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will be a motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist, Dietician or Massage Therapist with excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills. 

You will have demonstrated skills and experience in your allied health profession and ability to work independently and under minimal external supervision.
