About the roles: As a Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and education to young children while leading a team of enthusiastic educators. As a Lead Educator, you will mentor and lead a team of educators to develop and implement programs in accordance with EYLF and NQS requirements for the 0-2 year space; You will uphold the health and safety of all children; You will collaborate and reflect with your fellow team members to continuously improve programming and contribute to the centres success; You will ensure compliane with national quality standards and early years learning framework; You will build long lasting relationships with families, children and the wider community. What you'll have:
Lead Educator role: Diploma in early childhood education and care or ACECQA approved equivalent You'll be available between 7am and 6pm, Monday through to Friday You will have working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards What's in it for you:
