Little Ducks Birkdale is a small but busy and well-respected service located in the Redlands with a large outdoor space and a strong Reconciliation Action Plan in place.
As the Lead Educatoryou will:
- Hold a minimum of a Diploma in Children’s Services.
- Have a current blue card, first aid certificate and recent CPR certificate or the ability to gain these.
- A strong knowledge of documentation, program and planning, the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- A strong commitment to working as part of an engaged and professional team culture.
- The ability to engage, interact and communicate with children and families.
- Be passionate and dedicated to the Early Childhood sector with a strong belief in play-based education.
- Have a desire to continuously improve your practices and knowledge through professional development.
