As one of our highly valued Lead Educators, you’ll support and guide children’s learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.
At C&K Yuingi Community Childcare Centre, we welcome children from 6 weeks of age to 5 years old and provide care and early learning five days a week from 7:00am to 6:00pm.
Tucked away in the leafy suburb of Oxley is our hidden gem. We are proud of our spacious natural outdoor learning environment which has real trees, grass, dirt, leaves, and wildlife such as native birds and possums nesting in the trees. Our nature-based playground inspires challenging and open-ended play where children are provided with uninterrupted time to explore and engage in learning. We respect children as powerful learners, thinkers and theorisers and active citizens.
Our team at Yuingi Centre is made up of passionate Educators who are excited to engage our wonderfully diverse community. We love encouraging our children to share their family’s culture with us and our beautiful natural spaces allow us to make every day an adventure.
Using your skills, ideas and passion for education, you’ll help shape the future of children in our care by collaborating with your team to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community.

What you’ll bring
Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success!
To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have or be willing to work towards:
A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
