The role
We are currently seeking a passionate Lead Educator to join our team at our Norman Park centre!
The successful applicant will commence in the 3+ year age room, then will transition into the 15month+ room when required.
Must be available between the hours of 7am-6pm Monday to Friday.

Skills and experience
- Recognized Early Childhood Qualification - Diploma
- Passion for early childhood education
- Skills to lead other educators, motivating them to excel as you deliver care and educational programs
- A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Current First Aid
- Current Anaphylaxis training
- Current CPR Training
- Child Protection Certificate
- Hold a current Working with Children Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
