About you
- A Diploma or higher qualification in children's Services as approved by ACECQA.
- Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
- Current Employment Working with Children Check.
- Experience in an early childhood setting.
- A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
- Prior experience and confidence in leading an age group setting and writing educational programs.
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers.
- Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
- The ability to implement stimulating programs and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF.
- The ability to observe and record children learning and contribute to their educational portfolios.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
