• The primary responsibility of this Appointment Setter is setting meetings for Cohesion’s sales team. 
• They will also help in building the necessary infrastructure which includes implementing AI tools to assist the company to become more sustainable.

Typical Duties

• Researching potential new companies
• Finding relevant contact(s) within those companies
• Making Outbound cold calls. (Majority of calls will be outbound).
• Information gathering.
• Setting appointments.
• Populating the CRM system.
• Providing marketing guidance to the team (suggestions for adjusting messaging and marketing)

The Ideal Candidate

• Must have a visa that allows you to stay in Australia for at least the next two years. 
• Has worked in small/medium business for the last 5 years.
• Has worked as a lead Generator / Appointment Setter for at least three years.
• Has continuously achieved their targets over those three years.
• We can contact your previous employer to validate your claims.
• You’re comfortable hearing ‘No’ more than ‘Yes’ and happy to push through the ‘No’s’ to drive a call forward
• Flexible enough to improvise or change on the run if an opportunity takes a different turn.
• Happy and want to work in an office environment.
• Be excited to create and improve existing sales systems. 
• Be happy to investigate AI and use it to improve the sales process.
