The Role

We are looking for Installation Technicians with previous trade style experience to install, repair and maintain products sold and manufactured by Country Blinds.

You will be provided with a work vehicle to travel in and around the Adelaide area. As well as being provided with all the tools required to complete installations/ repairs.

We will provide training on our products and how they are installed so the successful candidates feel confident when out in the field.

An intense on the job training period of three months would kick start you in to this role before venturing out on your own.

What are We Looking For?

We are looking for individuals who have a sound understanding of how to use hand tools, can read plans and specifications as per a job sheet and having the ability to provide a memorable customer experience is essential.

Being physically able to climb ladders, crouch and kneel is a must as well as being a problem solver with the ability to repair products on site are integral.

 Responsibilities

• Travelling to customers' homes or place of business
• Installing indoor and outdoor window furnishings, café blinds and shade structures
• Running customers through operation and maintenance instructions for each product on completion of installation
• Troubleshooting technical faults with existing product
• Analysing existing product to resolve installation problems and report product issues
• Maintaining existing products when required
• Cleaning up after the job is complete
• Being responsible for work vehicle and tool maintenance
