Goodline requires a Lead Planner who will predominantly be based at our Perth office but will travel to site when required.
About the role:
The Lead Planner will lead the continual improvement of business planning processes to ensure accurate and efficient planning/scheduling needs are completed and illustrated for both internal and external stakeholders. The role is designed to ensure any risk associated with project/job scheduling is mitigated through detailed analysis and reporting back to key stakeholders within the business.
The Lead Planner is accountable for supporting the business and all departments to achieve coherent delivery of the organisations day-to-day objectives for our clients through consistent execution of detailed project control processes. The Lead Planner will advocate for success at every level of the organisation and champion innovative solutions, proactive risk management, strong open communications and clear concise work parameters in relation to scheduling and project control requirements.
The Lead Planner will also build and maintain strong client relationships whilst creating a positive working culture for the team by leading by example.
About you:
- Tertiary degree or qualifications relevant to the role
- Strong understanding of project control requirements
- Strong understanding and management of planning softwares such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI
- Strong understanding of construction and engineering processes
- Must meet Goodline’s mobilisation requirement standards.
- Satisfy Goodline Pre-employment Medical and any required client based medical / medical standard.

- Proven leadership skills to train and upskill engineering resources in scheduling/planning skills
- Strong knowledge of project control requirements and commercial risk management
- Proven ability to work with teams of people across multiple disciplines
